Our investment strategy is balanced between income and capital growth, in that we prefer higher income-generating strategies on properties that also have capital value upside. This is one of the main reasons why we focus on London & South West, a more prime region with better job prospects.

After 10 years of deal-making experience working for top firms in the investments industry including a $38bn hedge fund. In 2019, I left my job to go back to my entrepreneurial and creative roots (I have fond memories of running a small e-commerce business during my University years.)

I have always loved properties. Most likely from the teenage years spent in front of the TV watching Grand Designs and almost applied to study architecture at University. In the end, my fear of not being good at drawing got the better of me and I studied Maths and Finance (at the University of Bath followed by Masters at the University of Cambridge). Since working, on every vacation, I would stop at the local estate agent to check out house prices. I only realised recently that this is not what everyone does.

Combining my passion for property with the drive for optimising investment returns, I now apply the same rigorous investment approaches used by top finance firms, to help busy investors turn ordinary properties into passive high return assets.
