Past Project: The Curator's Apartment
The Space: 90 sq.m. split level- 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms apartment in the artisan quarter Walcot Street.
Duration of works: 1 month design planning and tender process, 2 months renovation { longer than usual due to covid situation }
Scope of works:
- full re-decoration inc. woodwork repair
- repair sash windows, secondary glazing
- build in cupboards
- new bathrooms, pipework to improve water pressure
- new radiators, new sockets, all new light fixtures
- new carpets
- whole set of new furnishing and decorations, all sourced by us
- bespoke art, sourced by us
